Come learn lacrosse, get some exercise, meet other lacrosse parents and have some fun! Our 10-week indoor Chumash league begins this Wednesday, Jan 27th from 8PM-9PM at Cabernet field 2. Cost is $120 for 10 Wednesdays beginning Jan 27 and ending March 31. More information
Dodgeball Leagues are coming! Cabernet will be starting dodgeball leagues for high school age, co-ed, men and women in mid to late February. For those of you that have never had any experience playing organized dodgeball, here's how it works:
- A game will consist of 7 matches, with a 25 minute max.
- Each match runs about 3 minutes.
- Team plays 1 game per night.
- Introductory special pricing:
  $150 per team.
- League lasts 6 weeks, with a 7th week for playoffs.

Ironhead Indoor Lacrosse
Cabernet Sports has partnered with Ironhead Lacrosse to bring this fast-paced game to our fine facility. Teams are now forming for boys and girls, grades 4-12 (game experience required). The season begins at the end of September. Register here, or call to get more information.
